By combining process expertise, multidisciplinary engineering, procurement experience, and practical site knowledge, we develop solutions that are technically reliable, commercially optimized, constructible, and designed for efficient long-term operation and maintenance.
Our engineering services include:
- Conceptual design and feasibility studies
- Process design and optimization
- Basic and detailed engineering
- Hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing
- Preparation of process flow diagrams and P&IDs
- Mechanical, piping, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and control engineering
- Preparation of equipment datasheets and technical specifications
- Plant layout development and interconnection design
- Constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews
- Engineering support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and plant start-up
Documentation and Interface Management
At the start of each project, we define the required engineering deliverables in coordination with the client and record them in the Master Document Register. These may include drawings, calculations, specifications, datasheets, equipment and line lists, instrument indexes, cable schedules, control philosophies, technical reports, testing procedures, and operation and maintenance documentation.
Our team reviews and coordinates vendor drawings, calculations, datasheets, manuals, and certificates to ensure compliance with project requirements and consistency across all technical disciplines and interfaces. Any deviation or document conflict is formally identified, evaluated, and submitted for client approval. This structured approach reduces design inconsistencies, site modifications, project delays, and additional costs.
