Procurement
Our procurement activities are fully integrated with each project's engineering requirements. We identify, evaluate, and source the most suitable equipment for every application.
By combining technical expertise, market knowledge, and a trusted network of qualified manufacturers, we deliver solutions that are reliable, technically compliant, and commercially competitive.
Engineering-Driven Procurement
Based on approved design criteria, technical specifications, process requirements, and equipment datasheets, we identify, evaluate, and procure the most suitable equipment for each application.
Our approach extends beyond conventional purchasing. By combining engineering expertise, market knowledge, and an established network of qualified manufacturers and suppliers, we ensure that every selected solution meets the required standards for technical performance, reliability, operational efficiency, maintainability, and commercial competitiveness.
Structured Technical and Commercial Evaluation
We work with reputable European and international manufacturers, as well as qualified manufacturing partners. Where appropriate, we also assess technically equivalent alternatives that reduce capital expenditure without compromising quality, safety, performance, or reliability. Equipment is selected through a structured evaluation process considering:
- Compliance with project specifications and applicable standards
- Process performance and operational reliability
- Energy efficiency and utility consumption
- Maintainability and spare-parts availability
- Expected service life and total cost of ownership
- Manufacturer capability and production quality
- Delivery schedule and project execution requirements
- Capital expenditure and long-term operating costs
This lifecycle-based approach ensures the optimum balance between initial investment and operating expenditure, providing clients with reliable, efficient, and economically sustainable solutions.
